Harriet graduated in 2023 from the University of Liverpool with a BA (Hons) in English and Sociology. Her studies included a diverse range of modules in English literature and language, which have provided her with a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and effective communication skills. She believes in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Since graduating, she spent a year in Hong Kong as a native English teacher at a school and an ESL centre, teaching early years. This experience deepened her passion for working with children and allowed her to inspire young minds while shaping their learning experiences.

In addition to teaching English, Harriet has a strong personal interest and teaching experience in Mathematics. Harriet helps students build their confidence and understanding by making Maths clear, accessible and engaging with practical examples and supportive teaching strategies.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, travelling and exploring the outdoors through hiking. She also plays team sports, such as netball, having just played with a team in Hong Kong.
