These classes are structured slightly differently from a traditional classroom setting. Rather than following a fixed syllabus, the Maths classes focuses on guided exam practice, problem-solving strategies, and developing true exam-thinking skills. Students work through carefully selected exam-style questions while receiving real-time coaching and feedback from an experienced maths tutor. The class is an excellent addition to any current 1-to-1 sessions your child has. For students not currently studying maths with ITG, this class provides a weekly opportunity to strengthen exam technique and practise challenging questions in a supportive environment. 1. STUDENT-LED, INTERACTIVE LEARNING Students actively engage with challenging questions while receiving expert real-time coaching. Rather than simply following worked examples, they are guided to think, attempt, and refine their approach — just as they need to during exams. Sessions focus heavily on exam strategy. Students learn how to approach unfamiliar questions, structure clear full-mark solutions, and avoid common mistakes that often cost marks. Over time, students become more confident working independently. They attempt more challenging questions and develop strategies to recover when they feel unsure. Students complete a high volume of meaningful exam-style questions, helping strengthen accuracy, speed, and confidence under exam pressure. Our Maths Masterclasses are ideal for students aged 14–16 studying IGCSE, MYP, or similar international curricula who want to strengthen their maths skills through guided exam practice and expert support. Students can join sessions at any time. Maths classes are limited to eight students, ensuring every student receives individual guidance while still benefiting from a collaborative learning environment. Location: International Tutor Group Phu My Hung Unlike our Middle School Booster classes, the Maths Masterclass does not follow a fixed topic rotation. Each lesson begins with a short knowledge refresher, followed by structured exam-style question practice. Throughout the session, students also receive targeted explanations and individual support. This flexible approach allows students to receive help exactly where they need it most, while building strong exam confidence over time.MYP & IGCSE MATHS
