Will is a highly experienced Mathematics and Computer Science tutor, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
After university, Will built a strong professional background across two fields: finance and education. He worked as a Software Engineer at JPMorgan, where he regularly presented mathematical concepts to business stakeholders – an experience that strengthened his ability to explain complex ideas clearly and logically.
Will first joined ITG in 2019 as a Maths tutor, and since then has accumulated extensive teaching experience both in the UK and Vietnam, working with learners from primary age through to adults. His experience across different levels and learning styles has helped him build a patient, student-centred teaching approach. He is particularly skilled at breaking down difficult topics, improving students’ confidence, and preparing them for exams.
Will now returns to ITG bringing a well-rounded mix of subject expertise, classroom management, curriculum understanding, and high-level analytical ability.
Outside of tutoring, Will enjoys chess and contributing to open-source projects, both of which reflect his analytical mindset and love of problem-solving.
