Nikita graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, where she studied a broad range of modules including mathematics, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry and physical chemistry.
In her final year, she completed a literature review on the use of inorganic structures as medicinal drug transporters in the body.
Since graduating, Nikita has gained over three years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratories, carrying out quality-control testing, and research and development focused on nasal and orally inhaled medicines. Alongside this work, she has trained new analysts and created learning resources, strengthening her ability to break down complex ideas clearly and patiently.
Her academic background equips her with strong mathematical reasoning and a deeper understanding of biological systems, allowing her to support students confidently in Chemistry, Biology-related topics and Maths.
Nikita brings the same dedication, organisation and enthusiasm from her scientific and sporting life into tutoring, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment for every student.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball, running, bouldering and painting.
