Chuck is a highly experienced Secondary Maths and test prep tutor, with a strong academic foundation in engineering and a background in preparing students for international standardised exams, including the SAT.
He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Chuck has specialised in teaching Maths at all levels and was most recently the Calculus teacher at Wellspring International School.
With over a decade of experience across international schools and tutoring centres, Chuck has successfully prepared students for the SAT, SSAT, ACT, and IELTS, teaching all sections but with particular strengths in Math and Essay Writing. He has successfully worked with students preparing for competitive US boarding school entrance exams.
His approach is structured, practical, and confidence building, perfect for students looking to improve speed, accuracy, and problem-solving under pressure.
Outside of tutoring, Chuck likes to spend his free time exploring Vietnam and sampling the various local cuisines. He is an avid football player, and you can often find him at his local pitch and competing in tournaments across Asia.
