Lucy graduated from the University of Warwick with a First Class BA (Hons) in Film and Literature, where she developed a strong foundation in literary analysis, academic writing, and creative interpretation. Her studies combined classical and contemporary texts with film theory, giving her a broad and engaging perspective on English as both a subject and a means of expression.

Lucy achieved top A-Level results in English Literature (A*) and English Language (B), and she has experience delivering academic content, having led a university seminar on Shakespearean adaptations. Her approach to teaching is clear, student-centred, and rooted in both critical thinking and creativity.

Lucy is passionate about helping students build confidence in reading, writing, and analysis. She tailors her lessons to meet individual learning styles and is particularly strong in helping students prepare for exams and coursework with structured support and thoughtful feedback. Her calm, organised approach and warm interpersonal style make her a supportive and approachable tutor for students of all ages.

Outside the classroom, Lucy is an avid film enthusiast and enjoys painting and drawing in her spare time.
